This mother and daughter collaboration was insightful and opened up new ideas for both of us: it was a very positive experience. We each use very different subject matters and materials to create our pieces, and working together on some paintings was an exciting challenge for both of us.

Gerda works mainly from life and Janice tends toward the abstract in her artwork.
